Which ios 6.x.x can i restore for iphone 3gs with Redsn0w jailbroken ios 5.0.1?

I have iphone 3gs running with ios 5.0.1 jailbroken with Redsn0w. I need to upgrade it to any ios 6.x.x but, one of my friends told me that i have no way for any ios just the tethered ios 6.1.3. He had the same issue.
so, i need ur help to know which untethered ios can i restore and actually i don't know anything about SSH stuff. I really need ur help ​

I believe 6.1.2 was the last untethered jailbreak available.

However, if you never saved any of your SHSH, or Cydia did not do it for you, then your friend is right. Your only option would be 6.1.3.

Laelipoo is correct about saving your SHSH Blobs in Cydia. Here is a link to a thread here on iMore that explains what this is and how to save them. Apple is resigning old firmware. Go restore to 6.1.2 now before its gone. Don't forget to preserve your baseband if you rely on ultrasn0w.

Yep. I would save your shsh with ish-sh it or redsn0w to verify that apple is releasing your firmware. I was signed for 6.0 all the way up to 6.1.2. Then just download the 6.1.2 and use shift or option click to restore.
