Ipod FW 4.2.1 Help

My ipod which is running firmware 4.2.1 by Green p0ison wont start any apps that arenot built in or from cydia. They crash and i cannot do anything. Does anyone know a fix for this or what might be causing it. Also my ipod is really slow and takes forever to do anything.

I would say you need to clear out Cydia tweaks or even reload the OS
