iOS 7 Theme, author pw5a29.
(This theme also has a lockscreen component, but for reasons unknown, it made Slide To Unlock unresponsive on my phone.
Dev is working on it, everything else is fine).

Open Cydia.
Tap Search (bottom left of screen)
Tap search field (top of page)
Type iOS 7 Font.
Should be the only thing that comes up.

It's in the MacCiti repo, which you should have by default. Double check your sources if you can't find the font by searching.
