My Jailbroken iPod Touch lags a lot with iOS 6.1.3

Ever since i used redsnow and jb my 4g ipod touch it has lagged a lot especially when i play games anybody know why this is?

What did you install through Cydia? Have you rebooted your phone (if you do this, you must boot tethered!). What kind of games are causing the issues?

Elite 6 theme,wb, itranismission, icleaner, nfs ive rebooted before...

Try turning off your theme in winterboard and see if that helps.
