Help Iphone 3GS on 6.1.3 (jailbreak) NO WIFI NO BLUETOOTH OR ANYTHING.

My Iphone 3gs is on 6.1.3 and I do not know what firmware it is on right because there is no firmware. I used the Redsn0w to jailbreak it but when I did I got no wifi or anything else.

This is the oldbootrom 3gs and yes it did have ipad baseband. I fixed this problem once before on a same Iphone 3gs old bootrom. What can I do to fix this?
Oh when I try a fresh restore on itunes I get -1 error. XD This all happened to me before even the -1 error but I do not know how I fixed it before. xD

Interesting. iOS 6.1.3 never affected my 4S or my iPhone 5 in that manner, thankfully.
