Just got a new ipod touch 4g and its on 6.1.3 is there a way to jb it?

Yes you can still jailbreak it. The evasion website has a redsnow tutorial on it. It will be semi unthethered so when you power down, itll come back in a nonjailbroken state until you reactivate the jailbreak.

For some reason i read past this sorry for asking a question u already answered so when i have to re activate the jb do i lose any of the tweaks or do i have to start over everytine?

When i use redsnow it says its installing the first scene then it stays there hiw long does it do it for?
