New iphone 4 on 6.1.3

Just bought a used iphone 4 and it has the latest iOS 6.1.3 I've done some reading on this and the only way to jb is to downgrade and use shsh blobs from previous iOS 6.1.2 but as I've never had this is there another way to jb unteatherd? Or am I stuck until a jailbreak for 6.1.3 is released?

If you're on 6.1.3 it's pretty much game over if you want an untethered jailbreak as it stands

Not that I've found, which is why I'm still on regular old 6.1
