Help. Deleting apps causes a reboot

Ever since rejailbreaking when ever i delete an app (from app store or cydia via cydelete) it causes a reboot. Then it enters safe mode and then after another reboot it is back to normal and removed. Can anyone help? It is really annoying. Thanks in advance.

Uninstall Cydelete. Next time, scroll down to Cydia tweaks descriptions. You'll see that Cydelete has a big warning saying don't install.
