What a DA. While connecting to iTunes, I upgraded and am trapped in recovery mode. Is there any way to get out of this w/o restoring to factory settings?

If that's true then he's stuck updating to 6.0.3 without a jailbreak. No way to downgrade even with his blobs saved.
