Color Keyboard - Changing the color of the letters - Help please

Does anyone know where I would change the color of the letters on the keyboard. I am using the Black keyboard and want to change the color to HEX Code #3D80A0. I have looked in /var/mobile/Library/Keyboard/ColorKeyboard/Themes and that's where I am stuck. I don't see anything in the .plist where I can change that value.
