Procedural question on upgrading

I'm currently running IP4 w/ jailbroken 5.11 I'd like to uprgade to 6.1.2 and use the un tethered jailbreak before the update to 6.1.3 comes out. I just want to make sure I'm doing the upgrade from the right place and that it's still possible. I'm having a problem finding the appropriate link. IF I do it today I should still be ok correct?

You're fine until 6.1.3 is public... and it's not yet public.

yes you are fine to do it today. You can go to iClarified - iPhone - How to Jailbreak Your iPhone 5, 4S, 4, 3GS Using Evasi0n (Windows) [6.1] or iClarified - iPhone - How to Jailbreak Your iPhone 5, 4S, 4, 3GS Using Evasi0n (Mac) [6.1] Once you have the Evasion tool what you will want to do is make sure you have a backup of your iPhone, if you have a passcode lock disable it. Then open iTunes and put the iPhone into DFU mode and choose restore when it tells you that it found an iPhone in recovery mode. It will restore the phone with 6.1.2 and you can either set it up as new or restore from your backup. Then run Evasion and you are good to go.
