Can't upload any Sources

I'm an experienced JB device user, but I haven't had the back luck to come across this before. Whenever I try to add a source, the request times out it I get an error message. I've already restored my jailbreak twice but I still can't get it to work. I'm on Evasi0n 1.5. should I try 1.4 or 1.3?

this is happening to me too, and i'm using Evasi0n 1.4....

pirate repos dont always have the best uptime.

because they dont have any source of income
