Not able to send messages abroad

Please help - I have recently updated my iPhone 5 to the new IO6.1.2 and used Evasi0n 1.5 to Jailbreak it.

Everything is working fine except I am unable to send a text to a contact in Slovenia from the UK, I could previously. I am able to receive texts from the recipient in Slovenia just not able to send. I type a message and click send and the message appears to be delivered - until I check my itemised calls and notice that it hadn't been sent.
All other texts are working fine just not this one. Please advise ?

Could be an issue with your carrier having a temporary glitch - check with your carrier.
