Digging a little deeper, I found several tweets from other JB's that state it has something to do with boot times. Doesn't sound like it "fixes" anything, just might improve it?

I'm trying to download evasi0n 1.4 or 1.5. Can't find it anywhere. When I go on evasi0n's website it only offers 1.3. Can someone point me in the right direction.

Well... This might be a little too late for those of us who did a restore as new and re-JB with 1.5 last night, but for those who haven't and are wondering, is some info for you.

You do realize the little red badge Cydia places over "changes" is for situations like these?

Don't be afraid to click on the package. The vast majority of the time they list the reason for the changes. The only real exceptions I can think of are betas that are pumping out updates frequently enough they don't list changes for each update.
