    Default Keep WiFi Connected When Not Charging and Locked

    Other than the Insomnia tweak, is there another tweak that keeps your wifi connected when it's locked and on battery?

    As was discussed here: Waking the device: cellular vs wifi - Wifi isn't really disconnected when a device is locked - it's in a "hot standby" and is not a bug - it's a feature designed to help save battery.
