Can a boot up log be accessed to assess reboot cycles?

I notice that my iPhone will reboot in about 19 seconds normally, but every few times it jumps to about a 57 second boot. I'll watch as the apple logo appears, then goes black, then reappears around 3 times.

This behavior usually only happens after cleaning with iCleaner. I thought that was the culprit, but have noticed that cycling reboots happen even without using iCleaner seldomely.

Does anybody know a way to access the log for booting up using iFile? I want to see what cause my phone to crash.

Thanks in advance!
