Graphical Interface lost when deleting apps

I've recently jailbroken my iphone 4 ios 6 but now whenever I delete an app using cydelete that I installed from cydia or one that I installed from a cracked app store, it restarts the iphone in safe mode with the app still there, and then I have to restart my iphone to return it back to normal with the app still there. Any solutions? Thanks.

One-cydelete is NOT iOS 6 compatible.
