Can't Get Icons Into Wiggle Mode?? Please Help?

This is my first jail break and I'm having a blast figuring everything out. I can normally get through any issues with google but can't find anything about this. I was adding some widgets to my homescreen with dashboard x. To add widgets, I had to put icons in wiggle mode then hold on blank part of the screen. It was working well but now I am unable to get the icons to go into wiggle mode.I am unable to add widgets now. I don't have anything enabled to block wiggle mode. I have winterboard and springtomize. I think I was messing with the folder options in springtomize when I noticed the problem. Anyone have any idea what may be the problem?

Use that guide to eliminate your no jiggling issue.

Turn off tweaks until you can jiggle, then remove the tweak causing the conflict

Springtomze does have a "lock movement" tweak so maybe that is the issue. It's under icons.
