It's called Double Dock :B

You can write an email to the developer and ask if he's working on it

Otherwise you can use (the almighty) Springtomize 2 to shrink your dock icons and set the number of icons in the dock to 6 or even more.

Or you could use Infinidock which is also iOS6.1 compatible to have more icons in your dock
