So I opened Cydia today and noticed there was an update to changes I could download. I ran the dowloader and resprang my phone. Now all of my normal apps are missing and cydia no longer exists on my phone. I am still jailbroken though because when I look into my settings, I see winterboard, messages+, and the activator app settings listed. I can open winterboard and change my theme still but I have to go through the settings app.
I'm going to reload my phone through itunes and re-jailbreak but just wanted to give others a heads up if they have the same thing happen.
