Evasi0n updated in Cydia to 0.2-3

It fixes long reboot issue and stock weather app. Reboot the device after updating. It's in Cydia now. Go update!

Ain't working, it says "Wasn't able to locate file for the com.evad3rs.evasi0n package. This might mean you might need to manually fix this package." So much for fixing my Reboot problem.

Try reloading your sources (it's under changes, hit refresh). Probably just a stuck file.

After the download my cydia app store shrunk. I can't navigate in it.

Apparently there are some issues involving Appsync. Supposedly (if you have it installed) uninstall it and reboot, things will work. THIS IS JUST WHAT I AM READING.

Fixed the problem with the stock weather app, but that also fixed my HTC Animated Weather issue as well.

I deleted the update and I still have the same problem

Try booting into safe mode. Reboot and hold the volume up button, or if you use SBSettings, use that to enter safe boot, then try rebooting again or uninstalling your last tweak.

Someone said this was being caused by retinapad. Don't know if this is the case for you but worth investigating

the upper left quarter screen is very very very common.
it happened alot when ios 5 was initially jailbroken. it isnt exactly one things its a few things, respring INTO SAFE MODE, then respring back into regular mode and everything will be fine.
it happens. it will fix itself over time
