I'm going with option 2. But don't think he'll make it the whole day. His curiosity will get the best of him

the irony of this is even I have no idea how long i will remain jailbroken for

one glitch or degraded battery performance and i'll be itching to restore... AS NEW

Well just think of how much better the iPhone 5 will handle the JB with the A6 and 1 gig of ram. And think of how much better it will be once it's freed from Apple's prison of monotony, and how the added screen real estate will contribute to even better tweaks.

And as far as battery degradation, 6.1 took care of that for me, my battery life has sucked since I upgraded, what's there to lose?

He can say what he wants but my vote is 30 seconds because I know that is about how long I will wait ;0) I have seen some videos of some JB tweaks that look so nice and like you said BLiNK you have now tasted OEM so you'll be able to tell which Kool Aid is sweeter lol
