I must used this firm to do my 4s on t-mobile in the UK and it work perfect. Factory IEMI unlock via iTunes:



EE, Orange and T-Mobile are the most expensive ones to unlock. I paid £110 to do mine, however I'm factory unlocked for good!!!

I unlocked my wife's ( 4S )and my iPhones ( 5 ) at "unlock fusion.com". Cost was $9.99 per phone.. Had a 24 hour turnaround with an email sent to you when phone is unlocked with instructions.
