Just downloaded TempleRun-2 on Miphone 4 ios 5.0.1 , during play I am feeling some lag in it , is anyone also feeling this lag ? What could be the possible reason for it ? ios version or jb ?

Try running the game in Safe Mode. If it's still laggy, it's not because of the jailbreak.
Also try killing other running apps before launching the game.

3d games on iPhone 4 are occasionally laggy. Do a respring to free up all the ram you can before playing game

MiPhone means that after jailbreak its now " my phone " not " iphone " controlled by apple. But I still has full respect for apple and steve jobs who have provided us this masterpiece .
