I use "unlockfusion.com". Gets done in up to 36 hours and cost only $10.00. I've used it 4 times and worked every time. I've sold 2 of the iPhones quickly because of being unlocked. There's 3 different prices on website, so just pick the price you want. Of course I use the one that says AT&T 36 hours. Check it out

Incorrect my friend! You can either use redsn0w or SAM to deactivate and then activate with sim.
