Not yet, as the iPhone 4S is an A5 device. We're hoping it'll be out in the next few weeks, but no promises.

try a few months! i have said march since ios6 dropped and im sticking with it... ive got a jailbreak date pool somewhere in the jailbreak section, you should get in on it

I do think it won't be long after 6.1, of course, who knows how long it will take 6.1 to come out.
