Cydia mail safari wont work iphone 3gs ios 6.0.1

i jailbroke my iphone 3gs 6.0.1 using redsnow. safari cydia and mail wont work. i talked to a lady at att and i guess she unlocked it so i could use my tmobile sim. but i cant get safari, mail and cydia to work. somebody please help

Your phone is "semi-tethered" you need to use redsnow to "just boot"
Your phone is in a condition now where If you turn it off for any reason you need to use redsnow to boot it up properly again.
Tell your friend to teach you how to do all this! Also Shame on your friend for putting you in this position without all the knowledge you needed!!!
