    Default How to hactivate a 4s 6.0.1 with bad sim port?

    Just want to use as an ipod...sim port was damaged by kids. I updated to 6.0.1 and was used to redsnow being able to hactivate but it won't do it because it has to be in normal mode and I can't obviously get there. Any ideas?

    If its still under apple warranty apple might replace it can't you just hook it to iTunes ?

    On iOS 6 - no. Either downgrade to iOS 5, take the phone to a repair center or to Apple.
