Okay so when I try to jailbreak it it says installing something for verizon or w.e? and I tried to jailbreak before and it did the same thing and it didn't work I had to take it to the apple store to get fixed! Help me I really need to jailbreak my phone please.

All of these tutorials are so confusing to me and never seem to work right. The only way I was able to unlock my phone was to spend a little money and get the unlock tool with [url=http://iphoneunlockgroup.com]iPhone Unlock Group - Jailbreak, Unlock iPhone[/url]. It was $29 but it worked like a charm. I just wanted to let you know that for a little bit of money you can get some help that works.

There only a tethered jailbreak now for iphone 4. You need to use ssh to install cydia separately if I'm not mistaken. I manage to get mine jail broken and installed cydia. But that's about it. Some things are still not compatible with ios6 as far as I can tell.

The guides available online are pretty thorough, simply follow their instructions closely and you should be fine. If you are jailbreaking just to unlock your phone, you might want to check your baseband version first. As far as I know, only a few basebands are supported.

If you have you ssh blobs saved from ios 5, downgrading would be a better idea in my opinion.

I didn't either, and wasn't happy to see iOS6 preloaded on my device.

There is a semi- tethered jailbreak for ios 6, i have alredy jailbroken my iphone 4, you only need to download redsn0w0.9.15b3 click on jailbreak an follow the steps, its pretty easy,
now you will be tethered jailbroken, next open cydia, add this repo: [url=http://thebigboss.org/semitether]semitethered jailbreak[/url] ..... then click on the source, you will see a tweek "semtethered, nad you're done
heres the catch, your iphone will be jailbroken but whenever you turn off (run out of batterie) you wont be able to use cydia, mail, tweaks,mobile safari, but you will be able to use the iphone with the basic
functions such as send/receive calls and messages,and the apps downloaded from the appstore, in order to have the iphone fully functional just connect your iphone into your pc, run redsn0w and click on extras, then click on just boot, and thats it!

There is a tethered jb available for iphone 4, ipod touch 4g and iphone 3gs and good thing it is untethered for 3gs old bootrom
