Help me in Jailbreaking and Unlocking my iPhone 4 16 GB!

My iPhone is currently lifeless. It just says,'Connect to iTunes'. I have no idea about the baseband as I cant access Settings. I have tried ultrasn0w to preserve the baseband and upgrade! But it wasn't successful! It just stopped in the middle of the upgrade. I dont even think it has an iOS.
HELP ME!

Just breath fella! Your phone is still alive.
You need to get the latest red snow.
Then you need to turn on redsnow, plug your phone into your computer, then power off your phone And then put it in dfu mode so that redsnow can work its magic and build a custom firmware preserving your current baseband.
Then your going to need to restore that puppy as new using your newly created custom firmware with preserved baseband.
THEN you need to jailbreak, ultra snow, etc....
