Can a 4S that was updated to iOS 6 be downgraded to 5.1.1? I'm looking to buy one from craigslist

nope, currently it can only be "re-restored" to 5.1.1

Only if u have ur shsh blobs saved. Otherwise ur stuck till they jb iOS 6

Ahh damn... I found a white 4S on craigslist and was so happy it was a gsm model. To my misfortune it was updated to iOS 6...
