What iOS version are you running?
What's your baseband?

They are not being confusing.

It can't be done my friend. Unless there is a hardware unlock out there and I don't think you can do that until you are out of your contract.

I would say NO, since they are charging $24.95 to jb ur phone. You should NEVER have to pay for a jb. Do t waste ur $$. I don't think there will be a stable jb for iPhone 4S/5 on iOS 6 till early next year for everything that's been said from the Devs.

P.S.A:

There will be plenty of websites ou claiming to jailbreak and unlock ur iPhone 4S/5 on iOS 6 but they are scams and will not do anything for you.

Your questions were confusing. You want to unlock ur iPhone but escape the jailbreak. What does that mean?
