Good Afternoon JB Community,

I know for a fact that I'm not the only one going through this issue with iMessage not delivering photos or what have you to the intended recipient. Yes, it works just fine if it is sent as a text message but that is a lil bit of a hassle to go and turn the feature off for one or two pics. Has anyone found a solution that works? I dont have "Anyring" or any app that deals with messages or rings installed? Any help would be appreciated...curious mind wants a solution besides resetting the phone all together. Thanks for your time. Peace:cool:

If you hold down the send button it will turn green so you can send as a txt instead of imessage. My pictures will send most of the time but is much slower than sending as a mms.

I used to have this problem also. I would recommend trying to Reset your Network Settings. To do this, go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings

If this doesn't work, the only other thing I know to fix it is to Restore the device and Rejailbreak it. After I did that, it works again with no problems at all.

But I know that is sometimes a Hassle trying to Backup all your data and restore it all. I will post later a Cydia App that will backup your apps and restore them from iCloud, if this is the path you wish to take.

I have the same issue with MMS, but I thought it was due to using a factory unlocked iPhone. I'm going to try this next time and see if it helps.

Here's how you fix this issue.

1) Turn off iMessages and MMS in settings > messages

2) Restart phone. Hold down power button + home button for 10 seconds.

3) When phone is turned on, enable iMessage and MMS again. let it activate

Try to send an MMS to a contact. If they also cannot send or recieve mms's then tell them the same steps.

If the above doesn't work, I would try Sharma15's advice, except, after turning off iMessage, but before you force power cycle, I would have BOTH you and your recipient delete each-other's ENTIRE conversations and try again.
