Default iPhone/iPad files on iPod 4G

I was busy deleting some files from my iPod (to clear up some space). But I came across iPhone and iPad files that were disabled by default, but still taking up some space. If someone could make a list of files that can be deleted from the iPod Touch safely, I would be greatful.

If it matters, I currently have an iPod Touch 4G, 32GB running iOS 5.1.1

Actually, I do. I use it very frequent, but there is no feature to actually delete apps/dialing files or Cellular iPad files.

I just feel like I could obtain more space without those files.
