iPad 3 post jailbreak issues

Hey everybody long time lurker first time poster. So I recently bought an iPad 3 and immediately knew I was going to jailbreak it. So I used Absinthe to do the jailbreak and everything seemed to be working fine. I turned the iPad completely off and upon returning to it later noticed when I turned it back on that the screen was zoomed in so that I could only see 4 rows not the standard 5 and also unable to see the dock bar. I resprang the Iran and everything seemed fine except all of my fifth row apps were relocated the the last page. It is rather agrivating to have to respring my iPad everyissuesHey turn it on.

Does anyone know how to remedy this situation?
