Personalizing Tweak

I've searched but can't come up with anything. Is there a tweak that will allow me to silence all calls and texts except ones from those people who I deem important during certain hours? Certain times of the day I need my phone to be silent but need to still allow calls and texts from family to get through and to be able to respond immediately. Thanks.
