Unkown Icon in Status Bar

I had a new icon on my phone this morning, can?t figure out what it is from? Any ideas?

It is a square with a circle inside on the right of the lefthand side of icons...

It might be an app - the manual http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf does not show it.

Opennotifier with instagram plugin, combined with black status bar. Apparently the combination gives you the icon no matter what. Thanks guys!
