Jailbreak wont work?

Hello, Im having some problems and was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

I am trying to teather jb my iphone 4 on 5.1. i have the newest redsn0w. When I put my phone into dfu and start running the redsn0w it gets to the point where it says waiting for reboot then my phone just turns on like normal and the program just sits at that screen. Ive tried this a few times with the same results. Anyone have any ideas what Im doing wrong?

You're doing absolutely nothing wrong. I had this happen to me as well (also couldn't activate with SAM). Anyway, try using the previous betas of redsn0w until you find one that works.

I've seen this happen a few times now. It happens with my 4 to!!
