I've just bought myself TetherMe from Cydia after hearing all the good things about. But, I have a question about the blue notificaton bar that comes up once a device tethers to the phone. The bar will show up when a device is connected to my iPhone, however, once I lock the screen and wake the screen the blue tether notification bar disappears altogether, but my device is still tethered to my phone. I sent an email the the developer about this issue and he said that this was out of his control and that Apple's software is the culprit. Does anyone else have TetherMe on an iPhone 4S jailbroken on 5.0.1 that can give me some feedback? I should also note that I have bought and installed MyWi 5.5; a bit redundant to have bought TetherMe but I keep hearing people say MyWi is detectable by carriers after I already bought it.
