jajilbreak help

so i
have been trying to jailbreak my ipod touch with the latest redsn0w. however, last time i synched my phone, i guess a driver got screwed up, because everytime i boot up tinyumbrella or redsn0w, it says my iPhone 4s is conncected. but its not. any ideas?

I've heard people complain of the same thing. Try using the previous beta of redsn0w.

I get similar errors with the latest version of redsn0w on the laptop, but not on my pc at work. Do you get an error up when you start up Redsnow. If I use Redsnow b6 it does work right. I'm still trying to resolve the problem. I'm think about restoring my laptop. Don't want to, but may have do!!
