JB tweaks/apps between devices

Just ordered my first iPad! Is there an easy way to transfer all my jailbroken apps from my iPhone to my iPad?

A thread was recently opened about a good backup app. Go check it out - basically make a backup of your iPhone tweaks and restore them to your iPad.

Note that some paid apps which operate with licensing (most notably the ones created by IntelliBorn) allow only one active device.
