Post iPhone 3G & 3GS Hardware DIY Repair Guides

If you'd like to perform a DIY repair on your GSM iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS, we're here to help with tons of tutorials and guides. Here's a link to all the current guides we have available. I'll add more here as we cover them.

If you have a request for an iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS repair guide, leave it here. If you run into issues performing one of these repairs or have questions about something, ask here. And if you come up with a better way of doing something or find an error in a guide, definitely let us know that too!

You may notice that the guide for mic, loud, speaker, and cellular antenna all lead to the dock and charge port guide. This is NOT a mistake. A dock assembly will replace all of these parts and is the easiest way to replace them. You are, of course, welcome to order and replace the individual part on the dock assembly but the part cost difference is very minimal and it's a lot easier to just replace the entire assembly with a brand new one.
