Can someone please tell me how to jailbreak my iPhone 4s?

Nobody can, there is currently no way to JB 5.1 on a 4S. Pod2g is working on it but it could take - well nobody knows...

Apologies. Tethered JB iOS 5.1 is only available on iP4. Coming soon to iP4S.
