Tweak to change notification rumble patterns?

When I had a BlackBerry, my favorite features were the advanced customizations of the notification center and the vibration patterns. This allowed me to always leave my phone on silent and STILL know what notification I was receiving.

Does anybody know of a tweak that adds that customizability?

I don't think that does vibrations. Closest would be Vibrafications but it wasn't updated for ios 5, I don't believe.
