transfering lisences of jailbreak apps from one iPhone to another

Just wondering if it is possible or an available option to transfer jailbreak apps ( intelliscreenX, lockinfo, themes and other purchased apps) from my current iPhone 4s to a new iPhone without having to repurchase them
