jailbreak broken

So I have had my 4s jailbroken for about a month now- no issues.

Today, I installed a non-jailbreak app (smartr contacts) and didnt like it so I deleted it. I turned off my phone for a meeting, and when I turned it back on, all my jailbreak mods (except a new font) were gone. Lockinfo, gridlock, and several winterboard mods were all gone. The icons for several jailbreak items such as cydia still have icon, but when I click the icon, the screen dims slightly for a second and then nothing happens.

Any ideas on how to fix? Do I need to re-jailbreak? If I choose not to, how do I remove the jailbreak icons?
