Siri not in settings ~ location

Siri works great with spire The problem is Siri is not in my settings-location services. Therefore Siri does not know where I am and can not answer any questions about location. I have reinstalled several times. Still no luck. Has anyone ever heard of this????

I found the problem. You must remove location spoofer
