Here are some of my recent Activator assignments. I also created a picture because a picture says more than 1000 words and for lazy people :p

Activator Gestures.png

Anywhere
  • Slide along screen right side (Drag bottom to top) --> Launch Switcher
(I really didn't know about this gesture, I found it with an update, it's really awesome)
  • Slide along screen right side (Drag top to bottom) --> Home button
  • Hold volume up button --> Previous Track
  • Hold volume down button --> Next track
  • Press both buttons --> Play/Stop track
  • Tap and hold Statusbar - invoke a activator menu with sharing (write a message, write a mail etc.) and system actions (like respring, reboot, SB search etc.)
  • Swipe down the Statusbar with 2 finger --> Sleep button
  • Connect wired headset --> Invoke Activator menu with music apps
  • Double tap sleep button --> Flashlight
  • Hold down sleep button --> invoke SBProfiles Popup
Homescreen
  • Double tap Mail App --> Compose Mail
  • Double tap Music App --> Launch Radio App
  • Double tap Messages App --> Compose message
  • Double tap Facebook App --> Compose Post
  • Pinch Homescreen --> Sleep button

With AppQuit you can just quit the app you're in (as far as I know when I used it). The tweaks from iOS6 which allows you to remove/quit all apps from switcher aren't updated for iOS7. But there are some which lets you do this on iOS 7 by swiping while switcher is enabled.

I recommend to use CCToggles, which allows you to assign a QuickLauch element in the Control Center to kill all apps. You can also decide if the running app and music app should be killed or not. CCToggles is a free tweak which actually lets you fully customize the Control Center, you can change the maximal number of toggles and QuickLaunches which should be shown and also the elements. You can also assign Activator actions and launch apps ;)

Ok, either use the Activator app or go open the Settings app and go to the Jailbreak tweak/app section and chose "Activator.

There you can chose where your new assignment should work, you can chose Everywhere, homescreen, Lockscreen and in Apps.

You can also create menus and more. Just go to "Everywhere" and there select a gesture.
Search in the list for "Pinch", it's one of the springboard actions.
The it will ask you what should happen, then select "Simulate Sleep button" or "lock device" in system actions.
Leave the app and try it on your homescreen. It should lock your device now.

If you still need help, then I can also create a step-by-step picture or video tutorial ;)

I use to have a moto x and the double twist to launch the camera was so useful that one thing I have that most people probably don't is shake the device to launch the camera.

I have an iPad 1 (Wifi-only) so I made it so that locking the device would disable Wifi and enable Aeroplane Mode while unlocking would immediately enable disable Aeroplane Mode and enable Wifi.
