Jailbreak Equivalent to "Leave it On" App?
I'm new to the iPhone, after being with Blackberry for the past six years or so, and I've recently jumped into the whole jailbreaking scene. Was wondering if this certain tweak was out there somewhere.
On my blackberry, there was an app called "Leave It On" which allowed you to custom configure your dim/sleep timer for certain apps. For example, I could set it so that if I opened my email messages or an rss feed, my phone would never dim/sleep, but in any other circumstance it would perform as usual.
Does anyone know if there is a jailbreak equivalent to this? - 02-05-2012, 04:41 PM #2
I don't think there is... A reasonable alternative would be sbsettings toggle for autolock, but it would be on you to remember to turn it back on...
Perhaps some plucky dev will see this post and work a tweak for that...
I do know that in ios5 it is possible for apps to override the main setting, tunein radio will NEVER lock... So long as its not in the background... So there is hope!!! - 02-07-2012, 11:19 AM

Well...knowing that it is at least possible is good news. Hopefully someone can create a tweak of the sort. It really comes in handy. Was by far one of my favorite apps/tweaks
