Getting strange apps on ipad after jailbreak

I installed today jailbreak on mine ipad. I also deleted activator cause i though it was of no use.. So after i deleted activator i installed some apps via inst. But after installing some apps i was getting these strange apps what where going away after respringing springboard, but are coming back after installing app's. I reinstalled activator but still having the same problem. Does someone know how to stop this?

They're just some stock options in settings that are hidden. Usually a reboot will fix it.

Reboot or respring will hide them.
